While you might expect neoprene for a bootie of that type, Zhik’s Superthin Bootie comes with a high-gauge polyester mesh, making it super comfortable to wear and drying quickly. While it still gives you protection, the Bootie has a barefoot feel and is flexible. This is great for squeezing into tight boats, like freestyle or slalom, while still walking comfortably when you get out of the water.
