Paddle Sports Show Film Festival 2025 – Official Trailer

The Paddle Sports Show is proud to once again host the Film Festival, presented by Sweet Protection, celebrating the very best of paddlesports storytelling on the big screen.

This year’s line-up features six short films and one feature film, taking you on a unique journey through the many disciplines of paddlesports — from whitewater kayaking and canoeing to SUP and sea kayaking. With breathtaking cinematography and inspiring stories, the program offers a cinematic quality worthy of National Geographic.

With more than 25 high-quality films submitted, narrowing down the line-up was no easy task. This year’s program is divided into two categories: short films (under 30 minutes) and feature-length films (over 30 minutes). Here’s the official selection:

  • Against the Current — Film by Ashish Jatiani (India)
  • Streamers, Steamers & Struggles on the Krka — Film by Rok Rozman and Rožle Bregar (Slovenia)
  • 100 Days Fjordland — Film by Dan Sutherland (New Zealand)
  • Big Water Theory — Film by Emile Dominé (France), with Anna Bruno and Jules Dominé
